October 14, 2017

Maker Faire Pittsburgh is the region’s largest showcase of creativity,  invention and innovation!

Maker Faire Pittsburgh is taking over Children's Museum of Pittsburgh and Buhl Community Park! The Faire features 200+ displays and exhibits in technology, art, craft, electronics, and more, including student projects, robotics, textile arts and crafts, drones, rockets, electric vehicles, music, special performances, demonstrations, workshops and food trucks.

Part science faire, part show and tell, and part carnival, the two-day Faire features all kinds of makers, with projects ranging from high-tech to low, artisan to geek, amateur to professional, and practical to ridiculous. One of hundreds of Maker Faires held throughout the world, Maker Faire Pittsburgh is a celebration of the do-it-yourselfiness, creativity and ingenuity of makers young and old. And everyone is a maker!

Admission to #MakerFairePGH17 is free!
