
Black History Month Art Crawl

Join us for our third annual Black History Month Art Crawl!
Visitors can see contemporary artists stationed throughout the Children’s Museum as they create live portraits and artworks honoring some of Pittsburgh’s Black heroes, and one location, both past and present.
This year’s featured subjects include:
- Wylie Avenue
- Margaret Milliones, Pittsburgh educator and civic leader
- Sharon G. Flake, children’s book and young adult author
- Patricia Prattis Jennings, classical musician
- Vanessa German, artist, poet and performer
- Jasiri X, hip-hop artist, activist and cultural educator
- Thaddeus Mosley, sculptor
- Janis Burley Wilson, arts leader
- Charlene Foggie-Barnett, community historian and archivist
- Kilolo Luckett, artist, curator and cultural leader
