Giving is not just about making a donation. It's about making a difference.
The Children’s Museum and MuseumLab are supported by hundreds of gifts from generous individuals made up of families, grandparents, members, Board, staff and friends like you.
Your annual support enables the Museum to provide cutting-edge exhibits and innovative programs for every child and family to have a one-of-a-kind, interactive experience. This type of ongoing, annual support has helped the Museum to become a world-class educational institution and a vibrant resource for our city, county and nation.
Ways to Give
Tribute and Memorial Gifts
Honor or memorialize a special child, parent, grandparent, friend, family member or business associate by making a tax-deductible gift to the Children’s Museum in their name. Your gift will be acknowledged with a personalized letter sent to the honored individual/family.
Employer Matching Gifts
Many companies match the charitable donations made by their employees. If you or your spouse work for or are retired from a company that offers this benefit, your gift to the Children’s Museum may be doubled or even tripled. Please ask your company’s Human Resources department about matching gifts.
Employer Charitable Giving Programs
Many employers offer charitable giving programs that allow contributions to be directly deducted from your pay check. The Children’s Museum works with most employers to make your giving automatic and effortless. If your company participates in a United Way workplace campaign, or if you are a federal civilian, military or postal employee, we encourage you to give through your organization’s charitable giving programs.
When making a United Way donation, use the Children’s Museum’s code number 623.
