Are tickets sent via email or will call?

Once you reserve your tickets for a Gabby Meet & Greet and daily Children’s Museum admission, you will be emailed digital tickets.

If we can’t get the time slot we want for a Gabby Meet & Greet, can we still come to the Children’s Museum?

Yes! We’ll have Gabby-themed activities and experiences all weekend long including a Gabby dance party, scavenger hunt and storytimes. You do not need tickets for the Meet & Greet to participate, anyone with admission to the Children’s Museum can enjoy these activities. We recommend that you check at the Admissions Desk when you arrive at the Children’s Museum for Meet & Greet ticket availability.

Can I use one of the admission discounts such as Museums for All or Blue Star Families when reserving a Gabby Meet & Greet ticket?

As these discounts can only be applied in person, please reserve your timed Meet & Greet tickets in advance in person at the Admissions Desk or by calling (412) 322-5058. If you do not reserve in advance, you can check at the Admissions Desk when you arrive at the Children’s Museum for Meet & Greet ticket availability.

Will there be Meet & Greet tickets available on the days of the event?

Capacity at the Gabby Meet & Greets is limited, and we anticipate the event selling out. We strongly encourage you to reserve your tickets in advance to guarantee entry.

ATTENDING THE MEET & GREET

Where will the Meet & Greet take place?

Gabby Meet & Greets will take place in the Children’s Museum’s Big Red Room Café.

What time should we arrive?

Arrive at least 30 minutes before your Gabby Meet & Greet time slot to allow adequate time for parking and checking in. We will start to line up visitors for each time slot 15 minutes beforehand.

You’re welcome to arrive earlier than 30 minutes before your time slot and stay afterward to enjoy all that the Children’s Museum has to offer. The Museum is open 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, and your wristband allows you to leave or take a break outside and return to the Museum as you wish.

What if we miss our Gabby Meet & Greet time slot?

We will try to make sure everyone with a reserved time slot gets to meet Gabby. However, due to high demand and limited capacity, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate missed time slots.

If we can’t attend our Meet & Greet time slot, can I get a refund?

All tickets are non-refundable. If there are open time slots available, we can try to move you to one of them.
