Join us in Make Lab (at MuseumLab) to create new fabrics out of old. Use hand- and machine-sewing techniques to attach scraps together. Create larger pieces which can be used for larger projects. Will you pick fabrics based on color, texture, or something else? Will your patchwork be structured squares or wavy and wacky? What will you turn it into? Friends 9-and-up are invited to stop by Make Lab any time between noon and 5pm to try out different techniques and start work on their own patchwork project.
