Join us for Kindergarten, Here I Come!, our annual kindergarten readiness event. Rising kindergarteners and their families can visit the museum, explore arts and making activities, ride a school bus, gather resources from partner organizations and more!
This event is FREE for rising kindergarten students plus one accompanying caregiver. Additional family members can purchase discounted admission at $8 per person. Children under age two are free every day.
We can’t wait to see the Class of 2039!
Here are some activities that are often offered at Kindergarten…Here I Come:
- Climb aboard a real school bus and meet a real crossing guard to meet
- Try readiness skills activities such as shoelace tieing
- Enjoy back-to-school giveaways – while supplies last
- Get valuable resources for parents on topics such as vaccinations, library assets and healthy lunches from our community partners
- Explore the Children’s Museum!
