Create joints in wood using pegs and dowels.
Drill holes in wood pieces, then fit dowels into the holes for a pressure fit connection.
What shapes can you create? What are the benefits of a pressure fit?
Safety glasses are required for this activity.
Adult supervision from a guardian required for kids under the age of 7.
Join us to create your own digitally designed screen print! In this workshop, you will explore the process of creating a digital design, using a die-cut machine, and making screen prints. You will get to print onto and take home a tote bag, but you are also welcome to bring a t-shirt to print your design onto! Ages 10-15.
$20 per person, Museum admission not included.

MuseumLab is the Children’s Museums’ new art/tech/making space for youth and teens, located next door to the Children’s Museum.
Parking is available at the Children’s Museum.
Please plan to arrive at MuseumLab 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of the workshop. Workshop registration does not include museum admission. Parental waiver required.
