Outside the Museum, 10:00 am – Noon

  • Obstacle course drone flying by Center for Aviation Training & Technology at Hosanna House
  • Robot demonstrations with BotsIQ
  • Catapult building and painting

Outside the Museum, 1:00 – 4:00 pm

  • Motorcycle Take Apart
  • See live alpacas and alpaca fiber spinning with The Crafty Alpacas
  • Weaving and coding with CMU Human-Computer Interaction Institute
  • Nebula spin art with Moonshot Museum
  • 3D die cut chips with Protohaven and Dick Esterle
  • Fossil exploration with Carnegie Museum of Natural History
  • Loom weaving
  • Electronic music performances by CMU Electronic Music Program
  • Make UV bead bracelets, Afrofuturism Adinkra bookmarks and dotted Mandala art with Assemble
  • Fun with the Carnegie Science Center

In MuseumLab, Noon – 5:00 pm

  • Experience Full Tilt, a multi-player pinball-like experience, with CMU Entertainment Technology Center
  • Try claymation and clay sculpting

  • Create stop motion animation
  • Discover the Dah-Varsity AI platform with Toyz Electronics

Additional STEM activities will be offered in Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh. Regular admission rates for the Children’s Museum apply.
