Workshop for Ages 3-6: Early Bird Feels – Mom

What do you love about Mom? Let’s celebrate Mother’s Day through movement, stories and making a beautiful painted rock for the special caregiver in your life.
Early Bird Feels is a virtual program designed for learners ages 3-6 and their caregivers to encourage socialization, bonding and mindfulness through hands-on processes that inspire exploration and a connection with the world around us.
This workshop uses materials commonly found at home:
- Rock
- Paint
- Brushes
Please prepare your space and gather materials for painting Mother’s day rocks before the workshop begins.

This Children’s Museum Remake Learning Days Workshop is part of Remake Learning Days 2021, an innovative learning festival for youth and families. This multi-day festival is designed to help parents and caregivers engage in the new ways of learning that youth, ages pre-K through high school, experience when they make, code, play, design, and tinker. With hundreds of virtual and in-person events, families can easily find engaging learning activities held by schools, libraries, museums, tech centers, outdoor play spaces and other learning spaces.
