Come learn, play and envision a sustainable future at the region’s third FutureFest at Buhl Park. Outdoor activities are free and open to the public.
Outside Activities Include:
Music, art, food, vendor market and various interactive activities adjacent to the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh. A new component of the 2019 biennial festival presented by Communitopia will be the integration of Pennsylvania Resources Council’s “ReuseFest” to collect a wide variety of materials for use by local nonprofit organizations.

Garden Exploration 10:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, In the Garden
Hop into a green spring at the Children's Museum Garden! Join us as we get our garden growing and explore the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of our spring vegetables, herbs and flowers. We will be giving away seeds for you to plant in your own garden!
Show your FutureFest scavenger hunt sheet at the Children’s Museum’s Admissions Desk and receive a discount of $5 off (up to 4 people). Offer valid April 20, 2019 only.

Pennyslvania Resources Council’s eighth annual ReuseFest will again offer individuals one-stop disposal of a wide variety of items including bikes, medical supplies, usable building materials, household and kitchen items, gently used furniture and bedding, pet supplies, clothing and much more.
