Try these different drop-in activities in the Art Studio and MAKESHOP this month:

In the ART STUDIO:

Large-Scale Painting – Explore texture through painting technique to create large-scale paintings inspired by the work of Eric Carle.

Textured Collage – Use collage with textured paper to create animals inspired by the work of Eric Carle.

Pottery Wheel Exploration – Try squishing, molding, and building with wet clay on a potter’s wheel.

Natural Textures – Use air dry clay and pressed flowers to create a textured wall hanging inspired by nature.
May 28 and May 30

In MAKESHOP:

RoBUGS (robot bugs) –Build a bug costume for our Sphero robots. Use a tablet to drive them and explore from a bug’s eye view.
