All camps take place in MuseumLab, next door to Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh.

All rates are for one child for one camp week.

NONMEMBERS:  $400

MEMBERS:  $360

 

Member Discount

June 22 – 26

Intro to Woodworking Camp
Learn to safely use tools like drills and saws to understand the basics of woodworking and shaping. Hot? Sharp? Loud? No problem!

June 29 – July 3

Game Design Camp
Board games, card games, field games, paper-and-pencil games… create your own set of rules and objectives as you become an expert of play!

July 6 – 10

Intro to Metals Camp
Throughout the week, you’ll learn how to safely work with metal as you explore processes such as pewter casting, wire bending, embossing and more.

July 13 – 17

Studio Arts Camp
Draw, paint, sculpt, collage, print! In this camp, young artists will learn about classic art materials and processes to create new works of art.

July 20 – 24

Maker Camp
Build, tinker and explore materials in new ways as you use tools and experiment with engineering and design processes that bring your ideas to life.

July 27 – 31

Models + Minis Camp
Make it mini! Use mixed media, recycled materials, clay and more to create a miniature world that plays with perspective and scale.

Aug 3 – 7

Intro to Sewing Camp
Learn ( or improve!) how to sew both by hand and on a sewing machine. As you master the basics of sewing, you’ll create simple embroideries, small pillows and quilt squares.

Aug 10 – 14

Studio Arts Camp
