Join us at MuseumLab for a day filled with inspiring talks, interactive workshops and networking opportunities.

This event is all about empowering young people to make a difference in the fight against climate change. Whether you’re passionate about renewable energy, sustainable living or environmental policy, there’s something for everyone.

Come together with like-minded individuals and learn how you can take action in your own community. Let’s work together to create a greener, more sustainable future! Presented in partnership with Communitopia.

Aim High! for Educators

Get a behind the scenes view of our newest exhibit, Aim High: Soaring with the Tuskegee Airmen for some creative education inspiration!

  • Explore aviation with various hands-on activities and 21st century STEM concepts.
  • Learn about the history of the Tuskegee Airmen, including the featured Black Wings: American Dreams of Flight, organized by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service in collaboration with the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum.
  • Participate in activities that will inspire new ideas for your classroom and your own creative journey.

Act 48 hours are available

Youth Night at MuseumLab (6th-8th graders)

Youth Night is an evening of games, music, making stuff, prizes and snacks in one of the coolest spaces in the city, MuseumLab!

The theme for this month’s Youth Night is “Chill Out”. We will feature games inspired by the Olympics, and activities such as:

  • Photo altering
  • Trinket shop
  • Jewelry making
  • Ice painting

Don’t miss a chance to explore the immersive installations of Gymlacium and Chroma Maze too.

For 6th-8th graders (or equivalent ages) only.

Advance registration is recommended but walkups are welcome!  Parents must be present for walkup entries.
