The Children's Museum is closed from June 7 -8 as we prepare for all the fun we'll be having this summer. Plus some surprises! Join us when we reopen on Thursday, June 9, at 10 am.

Join us in MAKESHOP as we explore the art and practice of sewing. Try different stitches, use needle and thread to attach fabric together, investigate the sensory qualities of fabric and fiber, and experiment with stuffing fabric shapes.

Join us in the Studio as we look closely and explore the many different patterns that occur in nature! What do you notice about a leave when you look at it under a microscope? How will this influence your art making?

Garden: Join us in the Garden for Story Time! We’ll read books about nature and our favorite plants. In case of inclement weather, this event will be moved to the Studio.
Sensory Friendly Afternoon
Children and families with autism spectrum disorders and sensory sensitivities can enjoy a fun, friendly experience in a comfortable and accepting environment.
