Workshop: Intro to Sewing Machines (Grades 3-5)

A child is feeding fabric through a sewing machine. She has one hand on either side of the sewing machine's needle as it stitches the fabric.

Learn the basics of using a sewing machine! Practice setting up the machine, sewing straight and curved lines, and learning different ways to attach fabric. Leave with the confidence to sew independently.

This workshop is for participants in third through fifth grade.
All materials and safety equipment will be provided.

Workshop cost is $10 for non-members or $8 for members.
