Workshop for Ages 11-14: Shrinky Lab – Plants

“Honey, I shrunk the house plants!” Let’s explore the math and material science of thermoplastic polystyrene – the plastic used for making shrinkable art! Think green for this workshop, as our inspiration will be all things botanical as we make adorable plant-themed pins and charms.
We ship supplies after registration. You will also need these items:
- oven
- baking sheet
- oven mitts
- aluminum foil or parchment paper
- scissors
- hole punch
